Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Say it ain't so, they don't hang on our every word? Man now I have to put my shining armor away. As for Miley well, I don't find her all that attractive and her exhibitionism seems to me to be contrived but let's face it, there have always been Mileys around. Before her it was GaGa and Madonna and Marilyn (her "Happy Birthday Mr. President" is about the skankiest thing I've ever seen) and so on back to "The Girl on the Red Velvet Swing" and Lily Langtry (who was boffing the Prince of Wales) and I'm sure that there were known entertainers who made a living off exhibitionism before that. I drop in on Miley's threads once in a while to stay current and I'll admit that I'll probably be interested when and if she does hardcore at one of her shows. But I assume that, even if she knew who I was it wouldn't matter to her.

    As for getting our panties in a wad when our favorite celeb is criticized I think it's basically because we see it as a criticism of our taste. It almost never is but yeah, I wonder when someone slams my favorite author or movie or TV Show or artist or city. And the reverse is true, I'll read that someone just loves this person, etc. and I think "how on earth could you"? It's schoolyard stuff and like schoolyard stuff sometimes it gets out of hand, it falls to the "yeah, I'm rubber and you're glue" level of discourse, and that's usually when I bail. but personally I've been called a nut before and will undoubtedly be again. I could be wrong about this, but I've been wrong before and likely will be again.
