I think it's funny to see so many defend Katy as if she'll jump into your arms for sticking up for her. Yes, Russell Brand has done some stupid things (aka Andrew Sachs incident) but overall he's actually an articulate, intelligent celebrity. He's had a crazy life and has bedded a lot of hot famous women/models so I'm sure his tiny dick has seen more action from 10's than this whole forum combined.

He's very outspoken on political issues but isn't afraid to mince words. Even his books are quite interesting. Where the most you'll get out of Katy Perry is some passive aggressive tweets about other entertainers because she too afraid to upset the status quo or possibly lose some of her fanbase.

Go look up Russell Braned on wiki for his bio or watch some of his youtube videos concerning his views on international relations/politics, etc.. But go on believing Russell is the bad guy when he talks honestly about Katy being vapid. Yeah, the jealous bitter guy who's been banging models/famous actresses for 20 years now, multiple books, comedy tours, radio show/podcasts, multiple move roles, political activists, etc.. Sometimes I swear this forum consists of Tiger Beat readers; "Omg, how dare he talk about her, what a bitter hater. #Katy4Eva"

 

I wonder how long it's been since this comedian said or did anything relating to comedy? All I read about him now is slagging off someone, whether it be a politician or just a fellow celeb. Jesus, I think he finds himself much more important than anyone else does :|

Having said that, I'm pretty sure I would quickly come to hate Perry as well :shock:

 

What I learned from reading Brand's views is that he isn't nearly as smart or intellectual as he thinks he is. He's at best a political dilettante. Beyond that no, I don't think Katy will "fall into my arms", but there is something to simply acting like a jerk and saying things just to try to hurt someone.

 

If you remove fame and celebrity from the equation, what you're left with is some dude airing his resentment for a spouse he left 3 years ago. Under any other circumstances y'all would be like, "Who gives a fuck bro? Move on."

 

What the hell did he expect when he married her? You don't need the analytical genius of Hannibal Lecter to figure out she's rather bubble-headed. For that matter, what the hell did he expect when she married him? He's been to rehab for heroine *and* sex addiction. Seems like they both got what they deserved. That said, going on about it years later and just outright calling her stupid makes him look worse. You don't see Katy doing a whole album dedicated to trashing him.

Here, here. Nobody knows what went on between those two but them. And, I could give less than a damn - he can keep that shit to himself. But if he wants to upload some art, I wont hate.

 

He's a bright guy. But he's also a steaming pile of shit. Always has been. Katy Perry is basically a record company creation (see her image after doing a song with POD, lol), but even if that's true, there's nothing to be gained from him saying these things.

Sounds like he was upset about not getting his way in the marriage. It does make him look extremely petty though.
