    The ex signed a non-disclosure agreement when they divorced and he is breaking it if this is ever released. He'll owe her some money which he may or may not recoop with the video.
    The "sex tape" as it keeps getting called has no sex and no real nudity supposedly. They keep calling it a sex tape to generate buzz but it's really just her in normal life.
    He tried to get a bunch of money from her to not release it and she refused and instead went to court.

    Porn companies will release it just like other previous tapes were released and sold on the internet - Pam Anderson 2x?

    Yeah, but Pammy videos were pretty much the best celeb porn weve ever gotten. (for actual celebrity women, not news casters and nightclub pseudo-singers from Chlle) Her Brett Michaels clipwas total crap quality, but her ass to camera humping was great.

    Depending on what state this happened in, the guy could be opening himself to criminal prosecution if he sells a video without her consent.

    His best bet for a payday would be to just sell it for cash under-the-table to someone shady, probably based overseas, and *never* admit to it. "Oh, it it was leaked. I didn't have the only copies..."

    If I remember right, the president of Vivid claimed to have seen the Jlo video, but noted that his company can't go near it for legal reasons.
