    Having been around at the very outset of music videos, I clearly recall them being called 'music videos'. that was always the point i was making. i never said that mtv had ever called them anything but 'video music awards'. :2cent:

    i do wish some of you keyboard heroes would bother to read the complete sentence before coming back with shit all the time. it's getting tired and showing your lack of brains. and this coming from a nation that has continually bastardized the very language they use.... There are so many differences in the English we speak in the UK to the one you guys speak and use over there in the USA. :2cent::2cent:

    WE spell colour with that 'u' in it, just like many other words; and we call the part of a car that hits things first; usually; a bumper, NOT a fender..... We use boot not trunk, bonnet not hood.... and don't get me started on the way you lot put dates the opposite way round... without wishing to belittle such a terrible day in world history....we know of no major disaster that happened on 9th november...?? that's 9/11 to us in UK... so many differences, so get over it; but understand it when coming back and telling us Brits that we don't know our own language.... lol.:p
