Like the title of the post says...Dakota Blue Richards. As for the "dent"...that would be a result of her industrial strength bra strap (an adamantium/mithral alloy construct, if I'm not very much mistaken). I mean, it has to be heavy duty...what with the mountains it has to restrain... ;)

That is a ridiculously hot outfit, no doubt about it, but Dakota doesn't ooze that sexiness every time she's photographed. Sorry, no comparison.

Oh well... It was worth a shot. I usually go for the less busty dames anyway. Like...Sarah Bolger, or Emma Watson...or one of the Fannings...the legal one...I mean. All hot. Renee ranks right up there, as well. Of the lot, Renee has the best singing voice IMO. :D

I guess it's only fair that I should point out that there are two women I hold in higher esteem for sexiness. The first is Erica Campbell, and the other is Lacey Chabert.

Well, it's certainly unique. To be honest I haven't listened to many of her performances. Like everything else, I'm very particular about musical ability. Frank Zappa is the hands down the best modern composer. No one can match that crazy genius. And Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera are the most talented female vocalists of the past 30 years. There's really no question about it. Everyone aspires to their standard of excellence.

Renee isn't really a "Top 40" performer. More Jazz/Blues and the like. I've heard very few "actresses" with better pipes. It's hard to compare her to a full-time pro vocalist. Her webpage used to have a few MP3 samples, but I haven't checked it lately.

She acts? New to me.

I don't listen to the Top 40. Carey and Aguilera can't help but be in that rank because they totally kick ass. They pretty much underpin it, in fact.

I listened/watched a vid of Renee singing at a blues fest in Switzerlanden and was kind of disappointed. She aspires to to be soulful, but she lacks soul. It's one of those qualities you are either born with, or not. I was. And I grew up in Chicago during the 60s and 70s, so I know.

Small world. I was in Chicago from the sixties until '85. In the Ravenswood neighborhood mainly. Better days those... :)

My sister still lives in Ravenswood.

My old man was born in Chicago in 1921. He took all us kids to every music festival, and every dog and pony show known to man and alewive fisherman alike. We grew up listening to the best of the best. That might explain my arrogance on the subject. If you shake hands with Albert Collins when you're 12 and see Pink Flloyd perform Animals live when you're 14, you tend to feel everyone else is uninformed. I don't apologize for it. I was there man.

I really miss those days (erm...nights). Double dogs and cheese fries at Flukey's. Drinking pints of McEwans at the Abby. Shoot some eight ball, throwing some darts, then off to Cicero, for their five o'clock bars. After all that, back to the city for an early breakfast at the Golden Nugget. The Boss Bar was pretty cool back in the day, as well. A really mixed clientele. Live music could be found just about everywhere, from punk, to Irish bands, to crazy Vietnamese Elvis impersonators (after a few pints they were really amusing). But, what I really liked about Chicago were the attitudes of the people. I never really ran into any unfriendly pubs in the city. Now, Evanston...some bastard slipped me a micky at Tommy Nevins...though I might have had that one coming, having "accidentally" set fire to one of their tables...but, I digress... <insert cool story bro here> :p
