    The reason you can't see her nipples is because she's wearing pasties, as other users pointed out. The sad thing is that even back then, before she became famous, she was a nudity dodger. This leads me to believe we'll never see her naked, unfortunately. :(

    You can replicate the above with Ruffah's 6.5 Mbps clip posted here; results are clearer from OP's 12.7 Mbps MKV clip. However, only an original, raw Bluray vidcap can 'shed more light' and verify if it is just an H264 artifact or real!
