    Is she supposed to be a cop? That's about as believable as Katie Holmes as a big city prosecutor.
    Regardless, it's a good idea for her to pursue acting more than singing. She can't compete with Ariana, vocally, and doesn't really have anything else going for her to separate her from the current crop of pop stars.

    as much as i wanna see her doing adult stuff, this show isn't gonna be that popular due to the fact that she is isn't that strong of an actress. even in her nickelodeon show, ya its not a serious role, but she always needed someone else in the scene to carry her. I mean its gonna be on Mtv, what does that tell you?

    Unfortunately, I agree with you. She's gorgeous and I want to see her in more stuff, but some kind of sexy thriller on MTV? Even the trailer looks pretty ridiculous. Hopefully she'll cut her teeth on this and get into some better stuff.

    you know whats weird? out of her and the other females on the show, Ariana Grande is the ONLY one to be doing anything,( award shows, specials, tours) and she was probably the least shown character on Victorious. I mean she actually has a good singing voice, i saw her on the American Music Awards a few weeks back, and i was just like wow, shes the only one from the show to be doing anything. Not that i expected Liz Gillies or Daniella Monet to be winning Oscars anytime soon, but still.

    She's not playing a cop. She's a computer hacker who is targeted by a serial killer, so she works with the police to try to find the killer. I think she's like dating three guys who could be the killer or something like that. It's like a mystery/thriller or something.

    ... and I don't know why people would be shocked at her doing a show on a cable network, or a smaller network in general. She's an kids/teen actress from a Nickelodeon show, unless you break out with singing (like a Grande or Cyrus ... and also if you're not a Disney star as they do better marketing those actors/actresses) you're going to have to go through the process to get bigger roles.

    Liz Gillies is going to be in Dennis Leary's upcoming FX drama. I think Daniella Monet has done some other stuff on Nickelodeon.

    Victoria would probably be better off in a comedy, on any channel, or in a supporting role on something more serious (even like Teen Wolf) than in trying to carry a show like this on her own. Maybe she'll surprise everyone, but I doubt it.
