There is no way you truly don't have the mental capacity to understand how this is public, or how this is different than hacking private pictures. Therefore, you have to be trolling (and you've stated in other threads that you're trolling which makes me question how you're allowed to be here).

Here is a little tip, "in public" doesn't mean "directly in front of you and only you". It means it's in a public space. A sidewalk, street, or parking lot is about as "public" as it gets.

Public property is property, which is dedicated to the use of the public. It is a subset of state property. The term may be used either to describe the use to which the property is put, or to describe the character of its ownership (owned collectively by the population of a state), or privately owned but set up for public use.

 

As I said, there's an easy way it could have been avoided! Expecting the photographer to not sell the pic is, frankly, pie in the sky, and is putting the onus for making the decision entirely on him. A shot like this takes two to tango.

 

When I read this without seeing the pictures I thought this discussion was about Miley Cyrus showing pussy while getting into her car while going commando.

All she did was say how violated she felt by the paparazzi. Nobody got sued though.

I've seen that vid (all 1min19sec of it), and I think you're right James. There's no clear shot of Kim's face, just a bit of her eye and forehead. Plus the butt is to small to be hers.
