    But, based on this image what distinguishes this as a "Shower"? It just looks like she's standing in front of a mirror brushing her teeth.

    Also, she got be "bare butt" but based on this image she could also be half-Slender-Man, as she appears to have no face.

    We only know it's for SURE her because it was posted on her instagram account.

    She never mentioned a shower, or being nude, people just went with that because they can't decipher anything else.

    If there IS a shower (which I could assume based on what looks to be handles) it seems to be on the OPPOSITE end of where she's standing.

    I could just say "Kendall Jenner finishes a pistachio & green tea Ice Cream Cone, while wearing skintight yoga pants/or bikini bottom, while standing in front of a replica of the tv from Poltergeist".
