    Iggy Azalea allegedly recorded a sex tape that could make her millions upon millions -- according to a Hollywood porn boss, but Iggy tells TMZ she can't cash in on the vid ... because it's NOT her!

    Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch tells us he has seen some footage which he says appears to be Iggy with an ex-boyfriend -- and from the little he's seen ... he's sure it could easily top Kim Kardashian's legendary sex tape in sales.

    Hirsch says he's already reached out to the 24-year-old "Booty" rapper to open negotiations on what could be a multi-million dollar deal -- but the problem is Iggy's camp says Hirsch's eyes are playing tricks on him. They tell us the I-G-G-Y is not the chick on vid doing the dirty ... and they're ready to sue over the alleged footage.

    Iggy Azalea's legal team now says it may indeed be her in that sex tape ... but there's also a chance she was under 18 when it was shot.

    It's a big change from what her people told TMZ just 2 days ago ... that NO Iggy sex tape exists. Now it sounds like it does ... but with legal peril.

    We broke the story ... a video purportedly showing Azalea and an ex-boyfriend is being shopped to porn giant, Vivid Entertainment.

    But then Iggy's lawyers now tell us ... any sex video would be the work of a "spurned business suitor" -- aka the ex-BF -- who's just trying to damage her image and career out of revenge. They also told us any footage was possibly shot "without her knowledge or consent" ... kind of a weird statement -- either it was or it wasn't. The lawyers also say it's possible it was shot when she was a minor.

    So, let's review Iggy's sex tape position: It's NOT me ... it MIGHT be me ... IF it's me, an evil ex-business partner is out to get me ... and I might be jail bait ... so, I dare you to release it.

    The problem with claiming you're underage in a video is that it's really hard to prove how old a video is or when it was filmed. she's 24 now so it's likely she was legal when it was filmed. if she was 18/20 now i might be more inclined to believe her. hope we get to see her fat ass get pounded soon!

    btw the guy who's her ex is Asap Rocky. they didn't start going out until 2011, so she was at least 21 at the beginning of their relationship

    The 'I might be jailbait' claim was probably said very much tongue in cheek, it's Aussie humour to take the piss. She knows just like everyone else it's almost a dead cert to give people the eebie jeebies whenever someone mentions sex or nudity with a minor.

    Houston rapper Hefe Wine confirmed that it was indeed him and Iggy in the video, it was legit, she was aware they shot the video, and she was over the age of 18. He also said that he would be ok with Vivid releasing the tape. But of course, we will just have to wait and see.
