Several of the Jennifer Lawrence pics appear to be genuine. She has some moles which when compared to legitimate pics of her are exactly in the right places. In the selfies in the mirror they even appear on the correct side as would occur in a reflection.

 

Well it guess it's over.thank god I saved the some pics that i liked. It's going to be fun jerking too Jennifer Lawrence tonight!!!

 

Update 3:25 PM PT -- Victoria Justice denied the photos going around claiming to be her are authentic, writing on Twitter, "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*"

Mary Elizabeth Winstead, also part of the leak, confirmed the photos of her were real, writing, "Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked. To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves."

This one looks real.The moles on her chest are in exactly the right places compared with other pics of her that have appeared over the years.

 

If you look at the screen capture of the Lawrence stuff, and the list of celebs, he only really posted a few of the crappier Lawerence pics and a few of the B-list and lower celebs. It was clearly a "teaser" type release, and the only reason you'd do something like that is if you were stupid enough to think you could sell them.

That's not actually true. It is illegal to distribute pornography of underage people. Nude pics of 16 year olds are perfectly legal and there are plenty of nudist sites based in the US that post those type of pics if you are really in to them. Phun doesn't allow such pics because just don't want to deal with the headache surrounding them, not because they are "illegal".

But neither actress you guys are talking about are even on the list, and the alleged pics posted of them are both fakes (Turner one has been around forever, Chloe one looks to be some random Am Pic), so no real point talking about it anyway.

 

This doesn't need to turn into a legality debate, but kinda sort of. Nude images of a person under 18 can be displayed/distributed, but they must not be sexual in nature. The term "sexual" has been debated a bit. The laws protect the "artisitic" aspect of the nude modeling. It's why teenage models have been getting away with sheer clothing and nip slips.

In any case, a forum like Phun does not allow it as to avoid any legal quarrels, so they should not be posted here.

 

Hopefully the good jennifer lawrence stuff surfaces tho.

Yeah, just logging in to say the Maisie pic is not her. Just as a bunch of those pics in the imgur albums are fake or random, the pic which looks a lot like her is actually an image posted to reddit 19 hours ago, the user has posted previous pictures which you can see is the same person. You'll also note in the leaked list of names, Maisies' isn't there. So yeah, 'The Fappening' is back to being an entirely legal affair, age wise at least!

I wish you were right, but I'm not hopeful. As meticulous as this guy was in collecting this huge stash of pics and vids, he clearly gave no thought to the actual distribution, and now he's the #1 most wanted criminal on the planet. Doubt he's going to take a break from running from the FBI to stop in to a Starbucks and upload the Carly Pope or Lelee Sobieski pics. Or even more doubtful, wait around while the Jennifer Lawrence videos upload to rapidshare.

 

It was fun while it lasted. I'm starting to like Jennifer Lawrence now.
