You get use to it....just have to wear cotton clothes and drink a lot of fluids....worked about 8 hours in it last week and drank water from a 2-liter bottle...emptied the bottle 4 times. :shock:

 

Do you keep some Gatorade handy? Drinking too much water can bad. I have to worry about the same thing here. You need electrolytes as well. I try to avoid cotton when it's humid. I like a material that's breathable, like mesh.

 

Off to feed the dogs, etc.

The cotton wicks the sweat and helps with the cooling process......I have electrolyte pills I take as it is cheaper than sports drinks and do not have any sugar....I avoid sugar to help keep good blood sugar levels.

Not too much younger. Turned 27 two months ago (born in '87).

I tended to be an angry gamer. I'm also just an outsider in my family. When things are for the family it really means it's for everyone but me.

 

I just got tired of dealing with some people, never got around to turning it back off.

I'm an only child with 1.5 sisters, let that sink in.

I'm the only child of my Mom & Dad. My Mom & Step-Dad have two daughters. My Dad has one daughter with another woman.

 

Ah, so 2 half sisters and a step sister. There were 5 of us in my family. Me and my sister were a result of my mom and Dad. My mom had my half sister with my step father later on and he had two kids from a previous marriage that he brought to the table as well. None of us were paid any mind except my half sister. It bothered me when I was 10. I got over it though.
