the place i am today is that, like everyone else, i have my preferences. i have them for those that i date, the type of food that i eat, music i listen to, and in sex too. some things sexually i love to do, others....well, not so much. it took me having a wonderful and understanding lover after that bad experience to allow me to be myself sexually, to grow, to explore.... today i am whole in my body. i am present. and i don't question whether not i'm enough of anything -- i just am. and though i don't think my sexuality is too fluid (cuz i kinda like what i like), the rest of me is pretty dang fluid.

so, all this to say, for me coming to terms at first with my sexuality was challenging. once i came to terms i was then able to celebrate it.

i'm glad i've gotten to this place....i've just hit my 30s and you know what they say about a woman in her 30s.
