    Great shots if they are Taylor but I wonder how he made the ID. From that angle these could be of anyone of a thousand women in NYC. Are there shots of her entering/leaving? Are there other shots that show her face/profile? It's not like the other shots have her in workout gear. I hope they are of her but so far the evidence is pretty slim.

    If you go to newscom.com you'll see that the workout pics and the pics of her walking around NYC that day (linked in my first post) were taken by the same photographer on the same day. The photographer could be lying, I suppose, or he could be mistaken as to the identity of the girl in the workout pics. But if he's putting his name on both sets of pics, and if he was there photographing Taylor that day (which he was), I assume he was able to recognize Taylor as actually being Taylor in the workout pics.

    Taylor was also identified by multiple sources as being at a gym that day. See this fansite here, for example:

    That doesn't prove that those particular workout pics through the window are of her, but it does show that she did go to a gym and presumably worked out that day.
