Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Hey Thore!!! Look for the ear protection where hunting supplies are sold. I can't remember if it's Remington or Winchester but, they have a whole line of quality muffs that will stand up to most abuse.

    If you want some that function as pretty good headphones as well, check out Sennheiser HD280's or Extreme Isolation Headphones. They both have a very high attenuation rating and have a decent sound too for that type of headphone. They are both plastic (or at least the HD280s are), but durable. I've had my HD280s for around 10 years and have been pretty hard on them.

    Thanks, but I found what I was looking for at Home Depot and they have four currently in stock.....will run by there tomorrow morning and pick up a set. Found a nicer pair that I may order later, but need something ASAP so as to not impede my progress on the task at hand. :)

    heh the other day one of the ramp boys from the Airlines were saying their ear muffs broke too. so they were looking for ear plugs. about 5 of us standing around chatting waiting for the planes. I told them I have spares he was like right on!
