Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Thats where I would love to move. Even looked into forca time and had the wifey damn near convinced. In my current financial state it was very impractical.

    Another short story...

    I always say it's not falling that bothers me, it's the sudden impact when I'm done.

    Learned that from a Master Chief in the Navy. It involved doing PMS on the ships' whistle. Keep in mind, I was on a carrier and we were in the middle of the Atlantic. 13 stories above the Flight deck, which is about forty feet above the water. He said son get up there and don't dally. You dally you'll fall. Don't be afraid of the fall, it's harmless. The sudden stop at the end usually is the end.

    Wow! I honestly cant even imagine that. Horrible!

    I would disagree though. For me, the fall is my fear. Knowing whats coming and being powerless to stop it. Once you splat theres nothing :lol:

    I was in that general area and the winters there seemed to be the harshest back to back in some time. Remember the big ice storm in '93. Two weeks no power and 39 inches of snow that eventually the top 5 inches iced over. No thanks! But the summers and falls are fuckin' awesome!!!!!

    The called that the storm of the century.....was like a small hurricane here, but turned into a massive snow and ice storm as it worked it way up the eastern coastal states. Remember it well....was rough for West Virginia too!

    I would be prepared for the occasional winter storm....like propane generator, food and wood stores....so, I would just stay inside and wait for the spring thaw....:rofl:.....OR, must visit family in Florida during the worst portion of winter. :yup:
