    no need to apologize. just filling in some info for you.

    I'm sure it'll be alright, nothing important destroyed, just a lot of work with the fallen trees. gonna see if a can borrow a generator tomorrow to get the freezers and refrigerator to chill down a little since the power wil be gone for at least 3 days

    the thing is that the farm itself have running water without need for pumps, the only thing that's missing is electricity which really isn't needed for the animals. The "human" house have four woodburning stoves of different types so it's still warm inside, can use gas to cook food, and we can go to the cowhouse in a special room there and get water. and in the evening one can take out the kerosene light to make it less dark

    could have done without this inconvenience. and not really, only thing that could have been hit by falling trees is one of the trucks, hope they missed it. all buildings are too far away from the trees to get hit.
