    Normally, the cause is outside stress, stress caused by other things and not each other. Stress has us on the verge of lashing out at the smallest irritations. What I have learned to do is to find a reason to be somewhere else when this type of situation arises. Al least for a few minutes, but at least long enough for you to let the anger drain out of you. Then, you may want to initiate contact and say something like, I know you are upset with me, but what is really bothering you; or I am sorry, but what you said really hit a raw nerve with me and I know you did not mean to, so what is on your mind now that we need to talk about...... Just some suggestions.

    Yeah, I know. There are some things that you are just going to have to accept as being what she does and who she is. You just have to learn to ignore them as much as you can. My wife loves to leave things in the kitchen sink for days. That really used to irritate the shit out of me....I found it to be just down right disrespectful. But, I don't say anything any more as I either just work around it, move it, or clean it up and put it away. It was just not worth getting upset over as she was and is not going to change. :dunno:

    Phun is the only forum i'm active on, there are some other forum's where i did register but i never go there. I was a member at a Dutch forum but when a mod deleted a lot of my working posts i had the admin delete my account, he told me he wanted to leave my posts and changed my account to guest. He wanted to keep my posts because he thought my posts brought something to the forum. I know there are some members who also missed my posts there
