There's a park with a couple ponds down the street from us where herons hang out. Very cool.

 

Better than the geese, lol.

They're flying by in groups. There were like 40 of them in one of the groups.

 

And just as the weather is getting tolerable too. odd.

 

We have sea gulls here so big that David was totally freaked out when he saw them.

 

And keep in mind that he's from Australia where about 95% of all creepy and freak-out worthy animals live.

 

They weren't flying away, they were flying to all the little lakes around here.

 

I like that there is a heron hang-out near Scribe.

 

I have my own Hummingbird...

You would love it. Just a simple little park.

 

He comes by my window every day at around 5:50pm. He doesn't have a nest here, and there aren't any flowers. I think he comes by just to see me.

 

Bees discovered our hummingbird feeder the other day. They found a leak in it and my sister found a way to deter them with masking tape. Don't want no killer bees hanging around the property.

 

I live in Arrowhead, so there are lots of little lakes around the houses, plus all the golf courses around here.

Defiantly not. There are always bees around, but I've never been stung.

I live on 67th just North of the 101.

 

The park I've been talking about is just east of 67th on Utopia.

 

Great neighborhood for Christmas lights. If I'm still here then I'm gonna take a shitload of pics and post them. We found a cul de sac that is absolutely fabulous.
