No. But luckily one of the witnesses reported his plate # to one of the cops that were working there. So I met up with him after egress to file a police report. Although, looking at the report right now, he got one of the digits in my phone number wrong. So I'm going to have to find a way to get a hold of him, so I can give him my correct number.

A little sore, but I'm fine. Nothing serious. This is my 10th year doing traffic, so I know what to do in those situations. Stood in a position that lessened the impact and rolled away from the car (so I wouldn't get run over).

 

The dood should go to jail. Make sure they know you want to press charges.

BTW, what kind of car was it?

 

Yeah, I did an accident report with the police. So much was going on that I didn't get the make or model of the car. All I remember was that it was a silver 4-door sedan. Oh wait, it's in the police report... Nissan Versa.

 

Ah. If it was a Mercedes or something equally as pricey I was going to suggest a civil suit as well.

 

A few years back there was a season ticket holder who would never follow my directions, and would act like he was going to hit me several times. Eventually had a cop waiting for him to come in, and he did it again. Once he was stopped he decided to mouth off to the cop. In the end he ending up getting multiple citations. He must have really pissed the cop off because he cited him for any infractions he could find.

Sad but true, . Also, you would be surprised to see how many people drive on the wrong side of the road. The driving I see at the arena is horrible, it actually scares me that some of these people are out on the road.

 

Nothing surprises me when it comes to motorists and bad driving. I lived in Vegas for 20 years. People from all over the world visit and rent cars. And they say that it's likely that 50% of the drivers have some measure of alcohol in their system the closer you are to the Las Vegas Strip. Personal experience tells me that's a reasonable assumption.

 

I've only been to Vegas once. I was only 16, so my experience was different than most peoples. How close to the strip did you live?

 

At one point I lived on the Strip right across the street from Mandalay Bay for about 4 months. Except for the first year I lived there I never lived more than 4 miles from the Strip and most of the time I lived much closer than that. For nearly 10 years I was a 5 minute walk down Tropicana from the MGM.

 

Did you like it? I wouldn't be able to live near the strip. Personally I hate Vegas. Not the city or people that live there, but what it represents. I don't like that the city uses adultery as a selling point. On another note, when I was there I remember seeing a guy that clearly had breast implants, . He almost bumped into me. :?

 

I had a lot fun living there. You should go for Halloween sometime, greatest show on Earth.
