    Normaly i can also go in my modem so i can change settings, that didn't work and when i first called them and i told that i could not enter my modem the guy told me i didn't need to have access to it. When the modem did reset and i called them back and i told that guy i couldn't enter my modem he told me i always must have access to my modem, he also found it strange that his coworker told that i didn't need access

    Some time ago i also had a problem and the guy on the phone told me it also could be my cable from pc to modem, i told him that was not possible because it was my own cable that i made because it's part of my job to make cables
