howdy scribe.
i took my test
they gave me my classes
and i asked them to go to hell
it was an awful day, they could be the worst business ive ever dealt with.
i still have a headach

they started out by having me get there by 8.30. then i sat there till about 9.15 to go in for testing, i was pretty nurvouse. but the testing room was about 90 degress so that made it worse. i finished the testing and went back out to the air conditioning. they said it would be 12.10 when the orientation started. keep in mind ive told anyone that would listen i needed like two or three math classes. but im pretty much trooping around with a bunch of teens that are starting their fall semester. and i needed the testing. i get back from lunch at about 10 till 12. we sit in the atruim area, un air conditioned for about and hour and a quarter. they they troop us all back to the computer lab for orientation. we all log onto the ozone website, and she starts explaining how neat it is. about three min into the shpeel she realizes that our ozone website and the one she is describing isnt even close, she has all kinds of featurs and pages that we dont have. but she take the next 20 min to explain that if we had this on our screen we could.... then she says ok we finished early, so it will be another half hour until the adviser comes in. Now i was thinking this was well worth waiting for becouse here is were i would explain i need to take just a few math classes. and on the side ask her, "will we be called back in groups or one at a time or..." she says no, one adivisor will bring us our classes they have chosen for us...

let me inturupt myself, in the down time while i waited i looked up ACT compass test. its here.

one of the things they brag about on their website is that the testing software will dictate the classes the student should take.
but they did take the time to write it out on a slip of paper to make it look like they thought about it and such.

anyway, i waited in the computer room, its about 95 and stuffy. they staff does not find it humorous at all i asked for a fan, then when the advisor finally comes in and mentions, "its hot in here" the dumb cunt running the thing that had us sit there says. "Oh i guess i can turn on the air conditioning."

i asked the advisor, "look im not going to take a full load, i simply want to pick some math engineering classes. ive no interest in a degree" she says, oh you will need to talk to an advisor from engineering personally, go to the front desk and there is a student employee and they will set you an appointment.

there was no one at the desk. i waited for about 15 min. and then left.

i sent an email to my advisor via the ozone website explaining that... if i had a bunch of people that were about to spend thousands of dollars, there would be no way in hell i would treat them the way i was treated.

i really dont know what to do now, that place is awful, but i need the class room to do the math,
the test was stupid,

you know when you look at a math problem and you think, damn i wish i remembered how to do this
i looked at it and siad, damn ive never been taught how to do this.
that was the first math questions.

i miss them. they went to delphi, i had to stay here to be placed in the owens community collage hot box
