You should take online classes first. No entrance exam. You just give 'em your money, play along, get credit, and it's all good. Plus, once you've got college credits no one questions your motives.

i want to stop my computer from updating endlessly, apparently those are never going to take, so i keeps updating
i use XP so im pretty sure there are no real updates comming my way after all this time and the offical press release from microsoft saying they will not send out anymore updates
so i did this/

To turn off the Windows Update feature, follow these steps:

Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Right-click Image File Execution Options, point to New, and then click Key.
Type wupdmgr.exe to name the new subkey.
Right-click wupdmgr.exe, point to New, and then click String Value.
Type Debugger to name the new string value.
Double-click Debugger, type ntsd -- in the Value date box, and then click OK.
Quit Registry Editor.
