BTW, I wasn't entirely sincere about the xtra mod issue. I had been drinking and joking around and figured that was clear. I apologize for any misunderstanding on the part of spider and Maj.

That said, I do feel spider would make a good celeb section mod. The very fact that most people don't like him (despite nearly 600,000 Thanks) would work in his favor. They would think twice before giving him any kind of reason to draw attention to themselves in an unfavorable light. And unfortunately in the celeb section, that's the proper impression to instill among many of the members.

Don't be surprised if you see me operating with a similar m.o.

There are no rules that debate how we should act on situations.......if somebody is found breaking the rules.....there is no mandate that says we must do this or that........we use our own judgment based on the situation.

 

How then would I communicate with a fine person like yourself then!

well there must be some sort of check and balance system. Even if it is amongst yourselves. Either that or it is as Jamms says? A mod could go around banning this guy or that guy but allowing his faves to get away with the same shit? Wouldnt the other mods call you on that at the very least?

 

Nope, it's not like that.....and I don't think it could ever come to that because we usually pick members who are biased and level head.....and we do report our actions and weigh in on what others do.

 

Per a promise to the mods,I will only make innocent comments on minor centered threads,for personal protection and a positive Phun environment,thanks!

 

If he breaks this promise I think you mods should ban him.
