TMZ has now removed the censored video from their website completely, and they even edited out the Kate Upton talk from yesterday's TMZ Live. Sounds like lawyers got to them... now we'll probably never see that uncensored video :\

 

Are you guys serious when you say that it is not kate upton in that video?

 

We all know it's Kate Upton in the video, we're saying this isn't Kate Upton (because it's not):

 

The Brits have evidently admitted that it isn't Kate in the photos (which anyone with eyes and a photo of Kate could have told them.)

 

as if we would've seen it anyway. that "we'll post the uncensored video due to civil unrest" statement was just a publicity stuny and another way to drum up site traffic.

 

well, i guess the silver lining in this mess is that we know the video exists and i am 100% sure there are several others out there like it from many of her photoshoots...

now we just need awesome people to release them or rich people to buy them and then release them

That uncensored pic was posted originally on 4chan, so it was either put there by someone with access to the video at tmz, or was hacked from someone from 4chan(site is well known for hackers, The hacking group anonymous originated from there), or that pic is a fake since these people on 4chan are computer geniuses and it wouldn't be hard for one of them to fake it in hopes of getting props by the hacking community on 4chan...so I guess what I am saying is, it could be fake, but there is also a better than slight chance it can be real.

 

I was comparing it to the censored cap and the tree by the Z in TMZ looks a little different. I hope it's not a fake just throwing it out there.



Also part of the big TMZ tag that's in the middle of the censored pic is also in the uncensored one. The M is the shadow on her leg. So either this was taken before they put the 2nd smaller tag in the upper right on it or it's been photoshopped, no?
