    It's kind of a crime that Salma Hayek hasn't already been a bond girl, ideally paired with Penelope Cruz. She's practically a special effect all on her own and she's still knocking it out of the park.

    After Fast Five and Furious 6, Gal Gadot could also be a fantastic bond girl.

    But I think my number one pick is a little tougher to imagine but would be an amazing choice for a leading villain: Radha Mitchell. She's hot naked, she's got a unique look, and when she goes sinister she looks completely killer (especially toward the end of Red Widow, fantastic stuff). She could be diabolical as a ruthless villain.
