now we just need to know was a cell phone shot secretly taken or did she tell the photographer i'm opening my jacket take a shot. if it is the latter maybe there will be a hq version, but my money is on the former. she was probably flashing the crew for fun

 

In a photoshoot there are no hold on what the photographer shoots. If Miley opens her jacket, like in the photo, he takes the photo.
Afterwards the photos that are good are selected and sent over to Post Production to be photoshopped. Some time the Photoshop work is done by the Photographer or his employee or sent to a company that does it for him or the magazine that is paying.
At some points in the process the workstation with the photos might be unattended, and someone might copy the Thumbnail.

Miley/management has to sign off on the photos they agree can be used with a release-form.
All people at the shoot and those handling the photos has to sign a NDA beforehand.

But at any point in the process before the non used photos are archived and locked-down in a secure place it is possible for an not so loyal person to grab some shots.
Embaressing for the Photographer or the magazin, depending they foind out where in the production line the Photos where stolen.

I am sure there has been a lot of accusations and fingerpointing already. Unless this was intentional to create attention and maybe pave the way for the real thing later.

 

This pic hasn't seemed to generate a lot of buzz, certainly not the kind of buzz you'd expect from a Miley Cyrus topless pic that would force her reps to at least acknowledge its existence. All of that has me skeptical that it's real. Seems to me if it was real by now someone beyond a few Internet sites would be talking about it wouldn't they? Or have I missed all the discussion from the TMZ's of the world?

 

This pic pretty much verifies that it's real. Look at the shape of her chest!

 

And her boobs her lighter than the rest of her skin.

 

i think most people just thought it was fake, now that there is more proof it will get more attention

 

look at her rtecent bikini pictures, she likes wearing strapless bikini tops, that would explain the color difference

 

I knew it could be real. Her boobs were lighter that day because she had been wearing that tube top on a few occasions prior to the shoot. Her boobs did not get tanned.

I would not be surprised. Miley has been itching to expose herself [ala Madonna] for a long time now. This is prolly just the beginning.
