I have the same feeling.

 

1) pixelation seems like jpeg artifacts from too strong compression. watch the jeans - same pixelation
2) boob skincolor is usually lighter because shes not tanning topless all the time
3) yes, i think she would show off, maybe with "but dont print this!" afterwards.

and: same necklace. if its a fake, its not the easiest one. and: jeans is the same.

 

The pose and face is too unique to photoshop. it looks pretty lores and compressed probably a thumbnail image enlarged...

Unless the sauce image is found I'm 99% sure its real.

Note that her face and everything else has about the same degree of pixelation. And her breast skin colour is lighter!

Why does the head need to be that part that have been added???? adding breasts is far easier and usually give a far better result also.

I think what he is saying is just find the original picture. Whether it was the head or boobs added, there would have to be an original. Being as huge of a Miley fan as I am, I can say with a high amount of confidence I haven't seen any picture resembling an original to this photo. I think what we have here is a picture that was taken on set just before she took the topless photo with her back to the camera. The most important thing is, if that is the case... a very large version exists somewhere.

Hmm, it's not looking fake on first glance. It's a total crap quality pic to begin with.

It IS sourced from a real Miley fan site, that's in its favor. It's also exactly the kind of embarrassed, but, "let's get it over with these are my tits" kind of pose; that's another plus.

On the minus side, I wouldn't have guessed her nipples looked like that from her million pokey pics but she has her arms up and that's lifting everything. Since it's obvious she's been building up to a big time nude shoot for the last several months in photoshoots, Im rather surprised she went this way. I would have bet casual partytime UHQ with a mega pricetag, not total shit quality possible outtake.

We'll see what the lawyers say, and maybe we'll get a couple photoshop guys to give it a look.

 

There is no way that image is real. It's awful. (and I'm going out on a limb with that comment as a former photo editor).

She had been wearing a tube top lately. That would explain the pale boobs.
