    The left nipple isn't in a different area. The issue your running into is that the left nipple (unlike the right) is still partially concealed despite the x-ray methods applied. So it can look odd at first glance.

    Couldn't get much detail at first try since shadow gamut is poor. Pic is doable but it needs a lot of work. Maybe c-through will have better luck with it.

    I heard something about an automatic x-ray clothing program where basically if you put an imagine on it of say a person it will automatically do its best to x-ray through them. Doe such a program even exist? this b.s.?

    Automated x-ray programs or even filters do not exist. There is not a single uniform method to extract hidden details from all images. Each images requires subtle changes in different image details (brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, etc) based on the lighting & color of the image.

    The left image (brightness mod by curves only) shows the proper shape and texture which supports the 'they are real' argument. However, the areola shape is quite symmetrical, which supports the pasty argument. As silicon pasties tend to be much larger in diameter (e.g., recent Emma Watson ooops), I would give it an 80% chance of being real. :)
