My ex-gf suggested that I drink peppermint tea to help me fall asleep better. I have to say, it's actually kinda working right now.

In hindsight, I probably should've listened to her more.

It actually takes a little time getting used to, cuz the sharp aroma and flavor. But once you do, it's quite relaxing.

Is it me, or has the site been running amazingly well for the past day? Like no duplicate errors or huge lag times today. :scratchchin:

The freaking spice capital of the world and PEPPERMINT is expensive? That's just outright odd. You know if saffron is cheap where you are?

You think that's funny listen to this......you've heard of Assam tea and Darjeeling tea right.....they all come from India.....but the tea growers sell most of their good crop to international brands like Twinnings.....so the tea goes from here to the UK or US or wherever.....and then gets imported back......so if I want to have a cup of Darjeeling tea which has been grown here....I have to pay a ton for an imported brand.

No idea about saffron.....but I know it's not cheap.

So, there aren't any local tea growers that sell their teams locally? Or there aren't any local brands in the stores in your area? Cuz that's pretty ass backwards. Or maybe, it's the "branding" you're paying for.

Yeah there are....but that's just regular tea and very limited....for example let's take Twinnings again.....Twinnings has and Indian sub-branch which sells tea for Indian markets....but there are only 5-6 different types.....compared to the 100+ varieties you get in the UK.

... probably because the demand is so much higher in the UK compared to India and rather than give the locals a taste, they'd rather make as many rupees on the English pound. :|

Root of all evil, ya know.

Hrm... I would start off a combination of lightly deep fried seafood appetizers - oysters, mussells, prawns - with a light citrus salad with light greens (maybe arugula).

For the main courses, maybe grilled pork chops or maybe stuffed chicken breasts (like a valentino or something like that) with steamed fresh veggies - like asparagus spears, brocollini or something like that.

    Dessert? Me.

 You're not PMSing again, are you Yay?

Nope.....it's because Indians are dumb stupid fucks....they don't care about quality tea.....you should see the crap they drink.....it's half milk and has at least 3 teaspoons of sugar.....and no variety.....they don't want to try tea with vanilla extracts or blueberry extracts......no they just want stupid old bland tea while they can stuff with milk and sugar.
