Can't breathe......

 

I don't know how to explain. She is insecure and has no idea what she's doing most of the time, but she tries to hide it. She doesn't understand some of the tasks she's supposed to do and she always manages it to get me to do it, which annoys me but if I tell her she should do it herself, she gets pissy. She is negative most of the time, first thing she says when she comes in in the mornings is: "Ugh. I don't feel like working. I wanna go home." Which is okay of course, sometimes I feel the same, but every morning??? It really gets on my nerves. I think secretly she's burned out or something.

Does anybody else notice it?

 

Yeah, a lot of us do. And we talk about it. But we all don't have the nerve or the energy to talk to HER. Because it would end in drama. And we need our energy for our clients. She isn't a client, as much as it feels sometimes to me. I can't treat her like one. I need to be able to rely on her and treat her like a co-worker, which sometimes just isn't possible. I see the responsibility to say something to her with our team leader, actually.

 

Meanwhile, I just try to do my work and enjoy my work, and I try not to let her negativity affect me and stay focused on my own workshop. Since we share an office, it's not always that easy.

 

I can understand how that can be annoying.......but yeah the responsibility of saying something to her lies with your team leader......I'm guessing she doesn't want to get into it either....still it's her job to.

 

OK. That was my co-worker rant. I'm going to shut up about it now.

Where's Scribe? I wanna know if he got my package yet.
