ah, gotcha. Ours expires too but not at the end of the year. We accrue so much every 2 weeks, depends on how weeks vacation you have as to how many hours, once you reach the max you simply stop accruing until you take some time.

 

Research paper? Not a whole lot right now. I'm having a hard time getting motivated today. It's rainy and cool out, maybe that has something to do with my mood. Who knows.

It is more of a reflection I would say. Plus a top ten list. We had a negotiation last week, so now I am writing what I learned from it. Expectations going in, how it went, and what I thought I learned from it, etc. Then we had assigned reading which I have to pick out the top ten points and create a list. Not difficult, thankfully.
