That's not what I am saying, I am just saying that there could be more then one explanation and one is that that is the end of the calendar, one is that it was a prediction of the end of days, I don't know what the fuck they were thinking. As BG pointed out, they sacraficed people for all kinds of crazy stuff - who knows, they were nuts! I don't think you can sit here and definitively tell me what those nut balls were thinking when they made that calendar.

I hope you are right. I am tired of watching them pull off elections they didn't win or deserve. What I just don't understand is how the middle class doesn't seem to get that Republican policy does not benefit them. I think people hear that Republican's are going to give tax breaks to the rich and everyone assumes that means them. But no one looks at the tax code, it never affects them, only the good ol' boys club top 10%. That is not middle America.

I agree. I wish I had answer for the inexplicable behavior of voters in this country but I can't come up with one rational explanation.

I think that there are too many people who don't want to associate with either party because they are really dispicable, but the Republicans do run a good (and dirty) campaign and the Democrats consistently refuse to fight fire with fire. I think it hurts them too. Too many independents voting for Republicans and voting for policies that don't benefit them only because they are too stupid to educate themselves about what the Republicans stand for. They just saw the billion commercials bought by Republican special interest groups that smear bull shit lies about Democrats. It's a shit system.

 

i think if you find the chord to pull and unravel this one the answers to this one, you will find that the answer to religion is tied the same basic way, in fact i wouldnt be supprised if that answer fell right out on the floor unexpectedly while you pulled.

 

It is a good point. I think the Republicans are better at pulling at the primal instinct strings in people. Similar to Bush creating all the fear in the country so that he could justify going into Iraq.
