We will see where the way is going. My intention was never to earn money, i want still to keep my premium account alive. But this is now much more harder than ever.

amazing to see users going back to rapidshare, after they screwed everybody so badly less than a year ago. To keep it alive they'll have to move it all back to the .de site to avoid O'bama's gestapo.

 

i know that this user have connections with the owner oron (russian mafia!) he published oron links on other forums i have evidence! don't be naive and plaese never don't allow oron add links on this forum! this is the worst hosting on the world!

 

if you create your own porn and post it with a user host that's fine, but why does anybody think posting somebody else's product and getting paid for it is right in any situation

I never have paid a host, collected money from a host and have posted over 10,000 video since 2005, and have not cared one about making money, I post b/c I like to post

Ok... maybe "love" is too strong of a word. But most of you here complaining about "adding a new filehost" - it's rather comical that your cashspamming ways have made you desperate to beg/plead/demand the mods to add new filehost options so you can try and keep cashspamming.

First off, given what has happened to the filesharing services, no filehost in their right mind is going to continue to have an affiliate rewards program that will last in the current climate of things. That could change in maybe a year or so, but even then, do you really trust any of these filehost services given that nearly all of them have made major changes to either how they share files or to their affiliate rewards system?

Secondly, considering how many filesharing services have shutdown, changed their sharing services or blocked off access from countries, adding any new filehost options right away would not be wise. Heck, there's rumors that Hotfile is making a last attempt to grab as much cash from new premium memberships this month before closing down their site, taking the money and running. It would be wise for the Phun admins to wait at least till the end of the month - heck even longer - to see how the filesharing landscape shapes out.

Lastly - and this is specifically to the Hotfile uploaders doing it purely for rewards - you do realize that more than 50% of the new Hotfile links uploaded at Phun right now are getting deleted the next day, right? I mean, be smarter about what you upload and how you upload... we're just ending up with a ton of dead links quite quickly (tho, I gather that's not something you mass Hotfile uploaders care about too much, huh?)

Anyway, some of the replies in this thread deserve some whimsical feedback... so allow me to entertain the brain a bit:

I'm sure they have - they're also considering considering ifile.it, uploading, fileserve, toucansharing, wupload... and so on and so forth. There are a BUNCH of filesharing websites out there, it's just a matter of choosing a reliable one.

If someone asked me the question on what was the worst filehost in the world, Oron would be the answer. The truth that their wait times between downloads for free users are the longest of any filehost makes them instantly unattractive as a choice here. The fact that they're screwing uploaders by using their upload links to try and attract more memberships is appalling. The rumor that they actually encourage CP shit is absolutely detestable.

Hrmm... it may have something to do with how EASY it is for new members that just want to repost/spam their links in a megathread, making it a bigtime pain for the mods to enforce. So, I don't think they'll change it.

Again, it's pretty darn easy for any newcomer to spam 15 videos per day without any courtesy to searching. So again, don't think they'll change it.

Hrmm... don't know how to break it to you ovisto - but last time I checked the SVF section, there have been a number of members uploading new threads to Rapidshare, Hotfile and even MediaFire. Even one person has made a new ZShare upload in the past month. So, there are members uploading using those filehosts.

"Why no adding depositfiles", Pilin? Because the mods are pissed at you and they don't want you to make any virtual reward money from your downloads. I'm joking btw... at least about the last part.

As for being better than the 4 host, because depositfiles is one of the last filehosts that are supposedly paying out virtual rewards, guess what all the cashspammers are using right now? And when you have that many people uploading and downloading to only ONE filehost, guess how horrible the upload and downloading speeds are on Depositfiles? Granted, downloading on depositfiles has always been spotty anyways and their wait times between downloads for free users are nearly as bad as Oron... but I've been reading a lot of complaints about DF's speeds as of late as well as rumors that they'll be cutting off their rewards affiliate program by the end of the month. :roll:

Anyway, if I offended anybody here, I did it just to make fun of you and for a laugh - so it's completely without malice. If you still feel offended, well - nothing hurts more than the truth. 8)

I agree with mokkoriman 100%.

Although there are a few filehosts that could be allowed here (like Deposit, FileFactory, TurboBit, BitShare and so on), they are not stable, they are making major changes or cutting off the priviliges for theirs users.

It's better to wait and see what's gonna happen.

 

the PHUN emphasis should be on not allowing cash host posters, derail them at any and all points

let them go to anyplace else except PHUN, there are a gazillion forums for them to post their cash links, let them open their own blog, that's where they can make more than a dollar a day, the whole business premise of: 1. Taking somebody's product; 2. Hosting it on a cash host; 3. Posting it for money; is a ludicrous business model

the is a participatory forum where people comment; you want to post your cash links go dump them at plantetsuzy or porn-w, where it is nothing but a graveyard of dead links and zero conversation

I go to the celebrity section, and people go to great lengths to find and post new material, and they don't make a penny, they thrive on thanks and comments, and that's the way it will be in vids to

the days of making money from somebody else's product and pimping for a host are over

Damn. I had some serious PC issues (lost over 140 GB of clips and one nasty f'n bug) and I come back and find all these hosts have gone down the crapper.

Luckily for me, I was approaching the end of my 1 year subscription with FS, so this does not bother me too much (except for those clips that I lost).

I was with RS for several years, but quit them after all those bs changes about 18 months ago. Yet, as a free user, when I d/l from them, the speed is faster than it was when I was a premium member.

File(Unsatis)Factory is also having issues that are effecting a lot of people. This is in addition to the "No Free Slots" and "Premium Only" crap, after going through the access stages.

While files on DepositFile seems to stay better than most, their d/l speed is quite slow and for a large file, it would take hours.

For me, MediaFire had good d/l speeds, but the last time I tried to post on 'em, the files never appeared.

Seeme to me that we forgot how bad HotFile got just a few months ago. Deleting files and banning paying members.

Gotta see which host gives me the best u/l speed and d/l speed, as a free registered user.

 

I think '' waiting'' for changes is still right answer for now. But hf should get banned on this forum. Because they are still banning accounts and forum turns a garbage day by day because of new hf links.
