How's your xmas card project coming along?

 

Almost finished. It was fun.

 

Cool. You work fast. Slow down, you're getting paid by the hour, aren't you?

 

I slept until 2 in the afternoon today. Rainy, gloomy weather has that affect on me.

 

I have a fixed income and flexible hours. Basically, I can do what I like and always get the same pay.

 

I like to snuggle up in bed on gloomy days as well. My sleep is usually interrupted by short binge eating and pee phases.

 

So in other words you're on salary. Do have a set number of hours you must put in weekly?

I wasn't really nesting, I was just passed out.

 

I work fulltime, 40 hours a week.

Nesting??

 

I know you work fulltime, but can you get away with only 30 hours, say?


I think I meant nestling. Same difference.

 

You know, the thing about us committed and dedicated social workers is we usually work more hours than we have to, instead of less.

 

For instance, I have to start work officially at 8am, but I'm usually in between 7am and 7:30am. That's time I don't get paid for, but I need a quiet cup of coffee and look over some stuff before everyone else gets in. Just my way to have a good start into the day.

They do? I mean, you do? Or do you just work what hours are required? I can't seem to recall ever seeing you post anything about working overtime. :33:

We actually thought it might be some sort of extra sensory psychotic affliction, given the source of her musings, i.e. you.
