But....not there......not overly clustered in one place like that.......you can't have a decorative item and them burden it with more decorations....it ruins the basic appeal of the original object and doesn't allow the secondary object to have enough room shine......it's a design nightmare.

 

Well, the whole pink reindeer head with silver antlers is a design nightmare to begin with. It's an ironic item of post-modern pop culture. You can't really make it worse by adding Christmas ornaments. In fact, you can heighten the ironic value by adding to it!

 

Having monuments of pathetic irony is not Christmasy.

 

Christmas itself has turned into a monumental irony for us non-religious people. So why not reflect it by having a total kitsch-fest?

 

We should celebrate it as the miraculous day that it is.
