Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     howdy there Folks.

    crazy day up here.

    met with the Nurse about my appointment next week. I should be good to go ahead with surgery on my arm.

    on the plus side, since I lost the 40 pounds since I started my new job, my health is much better! my blood pressure was a little high in May, 135 over 90. Nurse was concerned then. they took it today, I am down to 187 pounds, blood pressure is 120 over 78, she said it was textbook!

    so I'll go to the City next week, fly there on the 22nd. pre op on 23rd, then surgery on the 26th...
