That's very true! I'm definitely going to cut back once I start my diet. I need to clean out my pantry and refrigerator and whatnot and start fresh.

 

go to the trainer, exercise, trust me, believe me. ive seen it, its hard, its the hardest thing you will ever do, it will kick your ass three times a week, you will hurt, it will hurt so bad you will cry, you will hate it, you will want to quit it, you will have to force yourself to go, until about week 4. then everything changes.
and when it does
you will never be the same again

I've been there! I just need to get back into the swing of things. Once I start going back and feeling good I'll be fine. It's just actually getting the motivation to get to the gym that's a battle in itself.

Yep! I work with 4 different trainers. They're all awesome. And all kick my ass.

 

yes the easiest way that seems to work about 100% of the time in cases just like yours
eat a bit less and exercise.
results may vary, bit they will happen depending on the amount you eat and the exercise you do.

and ing isnt exactly exercise, but i does burn some calories.
