i love to eat, but i love to cook more. the more i learned about cooking the more i wanted to know, and at one point i stood there thinking, i know a little very very little, i want to know it all. and so the quest began

and now i eat frozen dinners from the grocery store.

I'm on my way to get beers, but a bottle of wine does have a certain appeal about it. We are wineless at home, which is unusual.

Not too much. I went to the doctor today. I have high cholesterol and a few other minor things wrong. :| I'm pissed. I got on the scale and gained 20 lbs last month and there is nothing to explain it.

And I swear 15 of the pounds went to my tits. I refuse to spend money on any more bras. I could open a store with the array of sizes.

but i would prefer to be reguarded at prick

ass is a very low rank in our society and ill have you know that i have put many years of hard work into become the prick i am today, i dont ask you to do this becouse i think its fun, or neat, but rather, i request it out of pure respect.

when i was but just the wee rank of jackass, i remember a full prick once called me to task for calling him a cock, he explained that his prick rank is something that he earned and he deserved that title.

ive earned the prick rank, many of times i could have said or done the "nice" thing, but instead chose to do the hard sarcastic and evil thing. so many times my wife put up with me saying things like "it aint gonna suck itself"

i know its a good idea. ive no refrigerator, ive no place to store meat or the other things i would put in it, i have taxed teh outlets in the room that when i turn on my iron i have to turn off my AC unit.
its to complicated.
besides, when i carried my frozen dinner to my room, one of the kids knocked on the door and asked if he could have a piece of my chicken, if i leave a crock put cooking it will be empty when i get home. lol

 

I'm sure there's some expalnation. Unless you have the metabolism of a hummingbird gaining weight is fairly easy, especially the heavier you get. I know, I've been there. Losing weight on the other hand is a bitch because it requires a change of mindset.

I did weight watchers in the past and I ate a lot of their meals. They definitely helped, but I get bored after awhile and then cheat and end up gaining it back. :?

I had a spike in weight gain 2 years ago and they did some tests and nothing abnormal came back.

And recently had a bunch of blood work done.. my doctor just said I'm overeating. But my diet hasn't changed. So who knows. I have some pills to help block fatty foods. Whatever. I'm just really annoyed.


I've yo-yoed with my weight all my life. It's a pain in the ass.

I don't know. I drink the same amount pretty much every night and I've been doing that for awhile now. I mean I'm sure it doesn't help, but I don't think that's the only reason.

I'm going to go on a crash diet soon and I'm going to cut out alcohol... it's going to be really hard though.

Weight Watchers is just a diet that helps you with portion control.. it's supposed to become a lifestyle... you can eat anything you want but you're only allowed a certain amount of "points" a day. etc etc. (Every food is assigned a "point" value and you have so many points based on height/weight/age/etc.)


Lapband is a little procedure you have done where they put this plastic piece around your stomach to trick you into thinking you're full.
