The Attention Deficit Disorder Thread

There was an awful lot of talk about the almighty AL bats the past few days and how the NL was gonna fare against them. Goes to show talk is cheap.

 

Yeah I heard some of that, but John Kruk and most of the ESPN pundits made the case that the AL was missing most of it's elite All-Star pitching and that would be the difference. So far, ESPN is right for once.

Kimbrall handles the potential AL scoring threat, 7th inning stretch time...

 

I like Kruk. He said Jeter should've at the very least made a token apparence tonight and he was right.

Jeter should've made a token appearance... but I think I understand why he did it - it was basically a big "middle finger" to all the pundits who said he didn't deserve to be chosen as an All-Star that he should be benched and so on - and then when he hits 3,000, all the same pundits are all clamoring over him.

That said, Jeter should've showed up.

Not sure what was funnier... the cameraman chasing Bell, or Bell sliding as he approached the mound!
