You should talk to a therapist, it's not really a big deal as some people think, it's just talking and it can really help.

Also the doing things in a routine else something bad will happen sounds like classic OCD.

wow talk to my wife on the phone and now look at all this work i have

agreed. thats how i do it too i guess.

    open i a new tab, i will

and exactly how much of the "shit" in my life am i required to not give anything about?

there is no bad advise in this conversation. but thanks for looking out for me.

now were discussing i like it. i want to say that there is no way knowing me that i can "turn it off" im not built like that i cant just do that. i mean i dont mean to offend, but dont you think ive tried that? its almost imposable to do for me.
oddly, im also a guy that can do some ridiculously irresponsible things, but i always tell myself its my over cautious ways that made them turn out ok in the end.

i wish it was that easy

I'm primitive and uneducated? Like you're an expert? Have you ever experienced real stress? Like wondering how you're going to meet your child's needs when times get tough and the money's tight for example? Often, simple advice is the best advice. It's easier to absorb and act on. Even a therapist would tell you that. Mine did. Besides, grims knows what I'm talking about even if you don't.
    Thank you Dr. Tripper.

He's not a real doctor but he plays one on the internet.

Shoving it down leads to repression which is pretty much like pushing a spring down....you can do it for a while but eventually it'll jump back up....with ten times the force.

That's what people don't get, anxiety and other metal disorders aren't about REAL stress they are about imaged stress manifested from underlining issues.....shoving it down an moving on might work for "normal" people, but try telling somebody with actual depression or a mental disorder to simply do that....it is the worst possible advice you can give them.

i dont think he is saying shove it down, but rather stop giving it more worth than its deserves.

to variing degrees he is right but you are too,
    the fact is,
i give it worth it does not deserve,
    i know i do
    i cant stop doing it
and as rational as i am
    i fear un rational shit
and allow my imagination to play with my world
    my imagination is limitless
    so my fears become bigger

so i would if i could scribe but i really cant
    and becouse i cant
and i should jack, but right now anyway, i cant

That's the same as shoving it down...not acknowledging or resolving it.....you think it just goes away...but it doesn't...it remains in your subconscious. (and I say that to state my point not tell you what to do, that's up to you)

well actually you have both made me realize what im up against

it not real it is fiction
that i knew but what i had not come to terms iwth or been aware of is that
i should be able to easily do what scribe says to do
its not real let it go
but i cant, it ends up festering
so no im not shoving it down i just haven't the resources ot deal with it right now.
    but i will soon enough

when i get home i imagine.
