or do i misinterpret all that you write and are you really calling them block heads in your own secret way.

 

I used to stress all the time about all kinds of stuff real and imagined. Then I discovered apathy and adopted it as a personal mantra. It turned my life around.

He doesn't need a therapist, he needs to learn to quiet his mind. He thinks too much. Or overthinks too much if you will. My advice is not stupid. On the contrary, it's quite a bit more helpful than the hypocondriacal foderol you put forward.
