    whew, busy morning!

    held a one on one meeting with the boundary tester I have working for me. I asked him what was the problem with him clearing the snow from the Priority 3 area after I asked him to clear snow fro mthe Priority 2 area first. he told me in his opinion there was too much aircraft traffic and vehicle traffic on the Apron at the time.

    I thanked him for his safety aspect of approaching the job, but I reminded him that there was only 1 Aircraft and minimal vehicle traffic on the Apron. there should have been sufficient room for them to work on the Apron. in the event we do get very busy there will be more traffic.

    it went well.

    yeah he was a little snippy with me yesterday when I was talking with him on the Radio so I let him cool down over night and had a talk with him this morning.

    we had a Managers Meeting this morning with our Chief Operating Officer. he was telling us that he had to go out on a flight tomorrow, a "working vacation trip" and he hoped everything was alright at the Airport.

    I told him "hey it's been going great over the past 2 weeks, it's been very busy but a lot of fun, things are coming together great. but tomorrow I'm giving everyone the weekend off so I'm not sure how things will go tomorrow"

    the other Manager just paused then laughed as the COO grabbed his cell phone and motioned to throw it at me!

    LOL I just told the COO that everything is great and I'm sure the Airport will be fine tomorrow as I'll be working to make sure he can get out.

    it wasn't.. neighbor wants me to help him take the gearbox out of the car..(and back). something I said I'll never ever do again!

    It's gonna cost him..

    he's thinking that we could do it in one day. not so sure about that. when I get tired of the car I'm gonna go home.

    gonna give the one that were supposed to do it hell whenever I meet him the next time.
