    well i made it with ps and a gif program (which i dont really know how it works yet) The background is in all 40 pics...you see it as a video beacause taylor is in a different position i every pic there's no real video at al, i guess u make them different ?

    The way I make gifs is I open a video in an editing program. Cut out the part that would make a good gif and save it as an avi. I then open the video (avi) with Ulead (gif program). Then I resize it, pick a speed, cut out shitty frames, and then save it as a gif.

    Other people make screencaps from a video and open them with a gif program.
