    I explained to her why I couldn't do it and told her I could have the manager call her, but if she didn't bring in the receipt and her information isn't in the system then I can't take the item back. She has the receipt, she just didn't give it to her daughter. So it was a big deal for nothing.

    She kept saying "well I can return at other stores without a receipt". Well, bitch, we're not other stores. There was nothing I could do.

    I know! Once I read the return policy to her she calmed down a bit. I legitimately couldn't do anything. The computer wouldn't let me.
