    Yea, my mom said they got about a foot. Some places are a state of emergency and business aren't open. I'm glad I moved to FL :dance:



    I have had no appliances and cabinets ripped out since Thanksgiving. I got the rough electrical approved, but the rough interior had to be rescheduled and not the city is claiming they're missing papers. But the papers that are 'missing' were needed to issue to permits in the first place (which I have all of them).

    So now that inspection won't be able to be approved until Jan. 4 or later. So I can't have any more work done until this inspection is done. I'm so over this project. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: I've been working on it since August.

    Good to hear :tup: Just Thursday and Friday off for me but it was nice. Got this Friday off though. You off all this week?

    Damn, sounds like a nightmare. Sorry it's going so bad for you :emapthy: You'd think with the economy the way it is people would be trying hard to work, especially in the construction business.

    Not to awful bad. Had a few things that had screwed up of the weekend but I got them back up early this a.m. Kinda expected it so it didn't really bother me.

    Well, it's not the workers fault - it's the city. They've had a lot of cut backs and lay offs, so they're making everything difficult for everyone so they can get more help. They don't care, they got their money already. It's just ridiculous.

    I'm not sure yet, not working in the office this week, not sure how many riding lessons I'll have with kids being out of school for the holidays. No one has called yet to set anything up so I'm just enjoying the easy life right now.

    Typical...all gov't agencies are like that whether they're local or national :? What's so bad is most them that still have jobs do less when they don't have enough staff to show their bosses they're shorthanded.
