  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I knew how to do that when i had a dial up modem...i would just call the line and the pc would start!
    My previous pc could be programmed from the bios to power up at a certain time..but not the one i have now!
    I think there are some programs now...but i asked in case you knew!

    I don't think all pc's BIOS has that capability.

    Wake On LAN is the same thing as dialing the modem, you're just sending a command over a network rather than a phone line.
