When i was younger, my mind was fucked up, i guess.
I would have crazy ass fear right before i would go to bed. I was always having a so-called Tunnelblick. (I searched for the term but only found it in dutch. It's "Tunnelvisie".)
If i would translate it, it would kinda mean a tunnel view/look/sight. It's impossible to describe. Everything in the room would appear to be 100 miles away and if i would close my eyes, even the black color would be just miles away. Technically impossible but i simply couldn't escape that scary "mode".

That alone was giving me the creeps.
When i would finally fall asleep, i'd have nightmares very often and they were so weird. I only can slightly remember. I know that it was the same 2-3 nightmares again and again and again and every single time it creeped me out.

But not enough; i often would wake up and i would have hallucinations i guess, my father took care of me every time. I still am so thankful for that.
I was in a trance-like state and from one moment to the other i was in my parents bedroom and suddenly i was in our living room downstairs and "stuff" was following me every time. I never could explain what it actually was, it was just too weird. I remember that i was sobbing and crying every damn time. Must've been very hard on my parents, especially my father.


Especially because of my tunnel vision stuff i finally visited a therapist kind of man, i don't know the definition of his job, though he kind of did everything.
I visited him on a weekly basis for 2 years, i guess.
He helped me tremendously and i gradually got rid of all this shit.

 

I'm hungry.

not sure what to cook. pork chops and a baked potato?
