Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     doesn't matter what year the car is. unless you have antique plates, we have to have the car inspected and emissions checked once a year.

    that's here in pennsylvania. and they get checked at garages, not inspection stations like in new jersey and some other states.
