    No it doesn't always have to be skin hugging getting through a dress is a little more difficult than the top but it can be done I have a pic of taylor swift I have been working on it starting to shape up

    Yes you can get through solid clothing you have to get the clothing as smooth as you can then use the difference clouds in photoshop but you need to have the clothing darkened a little then you can play with levels and curves takes a little time but you will catch on
